VISIT TO THE CÉSAR RITZ COLLEGE AND THE MOSIMANN CULINARY INSTITUTE COLLECTION

Our tour of the Mosimann culinary institute collection was conducted by Mr. Anton Mosimann himself. This collection consists of culinary artefacts, including historical cookery books, medals, original recipes and a wonderful menu collection from the great restaurants of the world.
