VISIT TO THE CÉSAR RITZ COLLEGE AND THE MOSIMANN CULINARY INSTITUTE COLLECTION

Our tour of the Mosimann culinary institute collection was conducted by Mr. Anton Mosimann himself. This collection consists of culinary artefacts, including historical cookery books, medals, original recipes and a wonderful menu collection from the great restaurants of the world. We had a lovely service for ANZAC day which was held at the CWGC, St. Martin’s Cemetery in Vevey and hosted by the Australian and New Zealand Embassies. VISIT TO THE SRF – SWISS RADIO AND TELEVISION STUDIOS

A most enjoyable afternoon spent visiting the SFR studios in Basel. We were given an insight into how the programmes are put on air. It was very interesting to hear how they collect and store all the music played on the programmes and we event sat in on a live presentation. Angie Meier-Jones
