The restaurant is situated in the old town near to the historic walls and the German Church, not too far from the clock-tower gate (Berntor/Porte de Bern).
It offers both a traditional menu and a curry menu.
After lunch we will have a guided tour in English of Morat and learn things about the town that you have never imagined.
For example, why is Murten a bilingual town and why is it a Calvinistic stronghold inside the mostly Catholic canton of Fribourg?
Why was the Battle of Murten so important?
Why are there arcades on the main street?
