We are using the same Italian coach company we had when we went to Cremona plus Fulvio the coach driver, this time to take us to Pavia, about 30 kms south of Milano. We have arranged a guide in English to show us around the historical university city of Pavia, a walk in the centre to see various historical buildings and a light lunch in a typical Pavese trattoria and then finishing up at the Certosa which is a UNESCO site before making our way back home.
The cost of CHF 75.–. is based on 15 participants and we wanted to keep the price reasonable for everybody. Therefore we have to maintain our policy of no shows will be charged.
Please sign up as soon as you can if you are interested in coming on this outing as we have to send a down payment to the coach company. Also, if we are fewer people, then the cost per participant goes up.
We hope to see many members as it should be an interesting day out. Guests are welcome if we have space available in the coach.
