The tour will be conducted by Mr. Anton Mosimann. Lunch will served by the students at the school. Places are limited. Early reservation advised.
This collection consists of culinary artefacts, including historical cookery books, medals, original recipes and a wonderful menu collection from the great restaurants of the world.
Welcome Coffee: 10.00 – 10.30
Tour of Collection: 10.30 – 12.00
Fine Dining Lunch: 12.00 – 14.00
After lunch, an optional visit to the Taverne de la Tour, near to Le Bouveret jetty, for coffee and cake. (Not included in the price)
Participants can also make their own way by car, bus, or train to the Hotel school.
