Take the boat across to Le Bouveret either from Montreux or Vevey.

An apéro will be offered at the Hotel School and it is hoped that Dr. Anton Mosimann will be available to personally welcome us and give us an introductory talk and tour of the Collection next door to the Hotel School.
This consists of a collection of culinary artefacts, including historical cookery books, medals, original recipes and a wonderful menu collection from the great restaurants of the world.
After the visit, coffee and cake at Taverne de la Tour near to Le Bouveret jetty.
Participants can also make their own way by car, bus, or train to the Hotel school.
Open only to BRA members.
