We returned to the Restaurant Schluesselzunt in Basel for this year’s luncheon.
Last year’s event had been a bit of a disappointment but I am glad to say that we made up for it this year.
Tables were set with beautiful decorations which included crackers to pull!
The meal was a great success and the Chef thought he might try a turkey dinner for us next year.
We will wait and see what he comes up with.
After desert we had Christmas biscuits and mince pies.
It was a lovely atmosphere in this old wooden Zunft room and all Members went home contented.
The restaurant is in the heart of Basel, so some members went to to the Christmas Market or to do their Christmas shopping.
