Our tour of the Mosimann culinary institute collection was conducted by Mr. Anton Mosimann himself.
This collection consists of culinary artefacts, including historical cookery books, medals, original recipes and a wonderful menu collection from the great restaurants of the world.

We then had lunch served by the students at the school.
