WINE – TASTING

Getting together in the cozy carnotzet of the Domaine de Biolles in Founex has become an annual institution for the Romandie-West region.
It’s a wonderful way to get into the spirit of autumn, warming your toes in front of the first roaring log fire of the season and supping a delicious glass of the Deblue Gamay with friends.

We were a small group who braved the wind and rain, but we all enjoyed Marc Deblue’s presentation of the Cave’s prize-winning wines, including Chasselas, Rosé de Gamay and Gamaret-Garanoir.
This was accompanied by a fine spread of cold meats, cheeses and other delicacies prepared for us by Madame Deblue.
For me, the chocolate brownies were an unmissable highpoint.

Thanks Pam for organising this very enjoyable evening.
