Rui the owner of the Chinese Deli and a BRA member, had prepared plates of different cheeses and a glass of wine.
He explained how all the different tastes of the cheeses blend.

We had cheeses we had never sampled before from different parts of GB.
Not only cheeses but chutneys which passed to the different cheeses.

We all purchased our favourite British produce from his shop to take home!
