Twenty one members and two guests attended this event were happy to be warm and cosy inside the Osteria Gallo d’Oro on a dull rainy day. After circulating during the aperitives on the covered, heated terrace, we moved in to the smaller dining-room just the right size for our group and set apart from the main room, The lunch was delicious and the conversation lively. Indeed it was nearly 4pm when we braved the rain and went on our separate ways. One of our guests is applying to become a member and it was good that so many of us could meet her on such a pleasant informal occasion.
