Solothurn is a gem of a baroque town and our guide for the morning took us on a most interesting tour of this historical town.
It was decided, over lunch in the Trattoria da Daniele, that this was one of our best outings yet!
Solothurn is full of beautiful buildings, St. Ursen Cathedral, Altes Zeughaus and the Zeitglockenturm to name just a few.
We ended our visit in the Suteria coffee famous for their “Solothurner Kunchen”.
