We started our evening by selecting our pizzas from the wide choice on offer, including gluten free and lactose free for those with food intolerances. Our group of nine was comprised mainly of BRA members, including Sandra Darra, who came all the way from Vevey to join in the fun, we also welcomed some newcomers and friends.
We divided into 2 groups, donned our bowling shoes, and rolled into action. Annabel did her upmost to hang onto her fingers, which fitted a little too snugly into the bowls…
Liz, it turned out, had previous bowling experience and she scooped up the winning prize of a chocolate Easter bunny and Union Jack flag.
We are now looking forward to our 3rd bowling event, where all levels are accepted.
