Members of BRA were invited on 8 November by the Italian group from Genoa (or with links to Genoa), the ‘Liguri’ to a video showing presented by Aldo Osti.
He had the video made with english subtitles on the work of the restoration of the ‘Resurrezione’ by Piero della Francesca in San Sepolcro, with which he had been closely involved.
Several years ago he took thirty of the Liguri to see the finished masterpiece, as well as other works by Piero della Francesca, in Arezzo, Monterchio and San Sepolcro.
It was agreed that the half dozen members of BRA who accepted this invitation should be reserved seats in front, so that they would be able to see the subtitles more easily.
This generous gesture was much appreciated.
